Operator notice: Crypto Whailes is a personal, hobby project run by an individual. Data collection is kept minimal and used only to operate the Service. There are no commercial support obligations and features may change at any time.

9. Data Accuracy & Webhooks

Information surfaced through the Services – including charts, alerts, indicators, and automation triggers – is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee data accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and any discrepancies between our display and exchange data are your responsibility.

Webhook deliveries, alerts, and notifications are best-effort. They may fail if our systems, your network, or the receiving endpoint are offline, rate limited, or experiencing errors. Do not rely on Crypto Whailes as a guaranteed signal provider; monitor your automations and confirm executions independently.

10. User Uploads & Content

You alone are responsible for any screenshots, images, scripts, alerts, or other content you upload to Crypto Whailes. By uploading, you confirm you own the rights or have obtained appropriate permissions for redistribution. We do not verify every submission and assume no liability for inappropriate, copyrighted, or harmful uploads. If something violates our Terms, we may remove it, but we are not liable for actions taken by other users before or after removal.

11. Security Incidents & Communications
